What is your return policy?
We offer a 60-Day Money Back Guarantee on eligible product purchases. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we will provide a refund to your original payment method or exchange the product within 60 days of purchase.
- Items must be returned in their original condition (new, unused, or lightly tested).
- Single-use and personal-care products are only eligible if unopened.
- Sale or promotional items may not qualify for returns.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
To request a return or exchange for eligible products:
- Email our Customer Care Team at info@beautylogix.ca with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions.
- Pack the item(s) securely and send them to our Returns Center using the provided label.
Note: Single-use products that have been opened are not eligible for return.
How long does it take to process a return?
Returns typically take 5–7 business days to arrive at our Returns Center. After inspection and approval, refunds are processed and should appear on your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
What if I receive the wrong or damaged product?
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact us immediately at info@beautylogix.ca. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Important notes
- International orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Promotional or clearance items may be excluded from return eligibility.
- Packages, memberships, and gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.
